Responsible Gambling

Gambling should be entertainment that you can afford, never a way to make money or fix a problem. This page applies whichever casino you choose.

Before you sign up

  • You must be 18 or older.
  • Check that online gambling is permitted where you live. The supplied restricted list for Vegashero includes Australia where prohibited by law.
  • Decide a budget and a time limit before you begin, and treat that money as already spent.
  • Read bonus terms. Bonuses can carry wagering requirements that affect withdrawals.

Habits that help

  • Never chase losses.
  • Do not gamble when tired, upset or drinking.
  • Take regular breaks and keep other interests going.
  • Never borrow money to gamble.
  • Use any deposit limits, time-outs or self-exclusion tools the casino provides. We cannot confirm which tools Vegashero offers.

Warning signs

Spending more than planned, hiding gambling from people close to you, feeling anxious when not playing, or gambling to escape stress are all signs to stop and talk to someone.
